Ingredients
- Croissant Dough for Crust
 - 4 Scrambled Eggs
 - 1/2 lb Cooked Breakfast Sausage
 - Cheese
 - Skip's Peppers
 
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375
 - Use a cast iron skillet and roll out croissant dough
 - Add scrambled eggs, sausage, and cheese onto the crust dough
 - Sprinkle Skip's Peppers on top (to your liking!)
 - Bake pizza in oven until cheese bubbles
 - Enjoy!
