- 3 eggs
- 2 tbsp milk or half and half
- ¼ tsp Skip’s Peppers
- ¼ cup grated cheddar cheese
- Combine eggs, milk, and Skip's into a bowl and blend together.
- Pour into a preheated pan.
- As the eggs cook, add cheese and fold over.
- Turn off heat.
- Add meats (including ham, bacon, sausage, &/or shrimp) at the beginning as desired.
