Smoked Omelet

How do you enjoy your eggs in the morning? Sunny side up? Scrambled? Over easy? I'm an omelet lover myself—with Skip's in it, of course! If you're in need of a new way to cook your eggs, we have the perfect recipe for you. 🍳

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk or half and half
  • ¼ tsp Skip’s Peppers
  • ¼ cup grated cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Combine eggs, milk, and Skip's into a bowl and blend together.
  2. Pour into a preheated pan.
  3. As the eggs cook, add cheese and fold over.
  4. Turn off heat.
  5. Add meats (including ham, bacon, sausage, &/or shrimp) at the beginning as desired.
  6. Serve and ENJOY! 🔥
